Host your child's birthday party at the spot! Birthday parties - or any celebration, for that matter - are more fun at the children's museum in Prescott, AZ for almost any age!
the spot...a Child's Museum is available for birthday parties, graduation celebrations, family reunions, baby showers - even office parties! With exciting hands-on exhibits to explore, the spot museum has everything you need for a fun celebration for up to 36 people, including adults and children ages 2 to 18. The engaging, developmentally appropriate and hands-on environment gives children the feeling that the spot is their place of discovery!
Birthday parties and celebration events are considered a specially scheduled event and an essential component of the Museum programs central to the mission of the organization. A celebratory event will be permitted exclusive use of the Museum with certain activities and special promotional items included in the fee.
A Museum volunteer or staff member will guide the visitors during their special celebration. The “celebration” group will be allowed to enjoy hours of exploration, discovery, creativity, and imaginative play. Once they are introduced to the Museum and the exhibits, the visitors will be free to guide themselves through the spot’s engaging, developmentally appropriate and universally designed exhibits.
The Children's Museum Alliance welcomes party visitors and encourages them to return for future celebrations!
Birthday Party Guidelines:
- A party must have a minimum of 9 people
- The museum space best serves a maximum of 36 people at one time, including children and adults. Please work with our party coordinator to determine if your guests will be enjoying the museum at once, or in an open-house format in which the number of attendees will change during the event.
- You must have 1 adult for every 3 children.
- A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Cash payment accepted during regular business hours; checks accepted by mail and online PayPal payments accepted.
- Party final count and remainder of payment due 48 hours prior to the party
- Cancellation policy: 48 hours prior to group date; call or in writing.
